Our Winery
The Gran Sasso is the highest mountain of the Apennines (2912 meters above sea level) that protects the region from rainfall from the western side of the country. Every day we put our utmost effort to be faithful witnesses of a land to be loved with grapes and wines capable of conquering even the most sophisticated palates.

Gran Sasso Chardonnay Terre di Chieti IGT
The grapes come from the town of Orsogna , close to the mountains . Here the soil is comprised of clay and limestone deposits, the winters are cold and short and the summers mild and long. The climate excursion between day and night helps the wine to give the maximum expression of flavours and aroma.
Gran Sasso Pinot Grigio Terre Siciliane IGP
The grapes are selected from north facing vineyards in the Agrigento province. The microclimate offers the perfect conditions to ripen the grapes and have a great concentration of aroma well balanced with a crisp acidity
Gran Sasso Trebbiano d'Abruzzo DOC
The vineyards are situated around the town of Roseto degli Abruzzi, on the Adriatic coast of the Abruzzo region. Facing west and south west, vines are planted on calcareous clay soils of a medium texture and trained on a pergola system.
Alta Quota Pecorino Terre di Chieti IGP
Pecorino is a fairly rare variety, with only about 300 hectares planted in the Abruzzo and Le Marche regions. Its name derives from the fact that a bunch of Pecorino grapes was traditionally considered to have a similar shape to a sheep's head. The vineyards are situated around the town of Orsogna close to the Majella Mountains. The vines are planted on calcareous clay soils of a medium texture and trained on a pergola system.
Gran Sasso Montepulciano D'Abruzzo DOC Organic
The grapes come from organic vineyards in the communes of Ortona, San Salvo and Pollutri where Montepulciano they grow on mid-slope hills developing a great and fresh aromatic structure.The soil is mainly calcareous which gives to the wine also a pleasant touch of minerality .

The vineyards are situated around the area around of Roseto degli Abruzzi on the Adriatic coast of the Abruzzo region. On the steep slopes with a perfect sun exposure, the vines are planted on a clay and limestone soils. The thermic excursion between day and night creates a perfect balance between flavours and acidity.
Gran Sasso Sangiovese Terre di Chieti IGT
Grapes for the Sangiovese 'Terre di Chieti' are grown on perfectly exposed vineyards on the Adriatic coast of Abruzzo Region. The vines are planted on clay-limestone soil and trained using a pergola training system.
Alta Quota Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOCG
Our grapes are in the towns of Colonnella, Ancarano and Roseto in the prime hilly site with outstanding growing conditions where the Montepulciano d’Abruzzo gem can shine. This areas benefits of a special microclimate and good soil structure which is reflected also in the wine.
